1、 - 1 - 摘 要 LED（Light Emitting Diode）行业作为一个已经成熟的产业，市场空间巨大，应 用前景广阔。通过对 LED 技术的基本应用的研究可以进一步强化自身的专业技能和强化 自己的动手设计能力。LED 的特色之处一是节能（直接功耗，间接耗能），二是基本 无电离辐射，三提高空间利用率。然而 LED 点阵显示屏的特点不仅仅于此，LED 点阵 显示屏用的是数码管，而数码管具有实用,便宜等优点。做出来的 LED 点阵显示很耐 用。LED 点阵显示屏之所以受到广泛重视而得到迅速发展，是与 LED 显示屏本身所具 有的优点分不开的。LED 点阵显示屏的发展前景极为广阔，目前正朝
2、着更高亮度、更 高耐气候性、更高的发光密度、更高的发光均匀性，可靠性、全色化方向发展。本文介 绍了基于单片机 STC12 的 1616LED 点阵汉字滚动显示屏的设计。其中着重介绍了 LED 点阵显示的硬件设计思路、硬件电路各个部分的功能及原理、相应软件的程序设计，以 及详细的工作流程和使用说明。 本文分为六部分，其中主要内容是系统总体分析，系统硬件设计，系统软件设计三 部分。系统总体分析是基础；系统硬件设计是本文的关键及核心部分，该部分首先简单 描述系统硬件工作原理，且附以系统硬件设计框图，论述了本次毕业设计所应用的各硬 件接口技术和各个接口模块的功能及工作过程；软件设计是系统运行必不可少的
