1、 I 摘要摘要 本文通过对国内外离心过滤技术研究现状的分析和亲身的现场时间工 作经验总结,指出了离心脱水技术的重要性,和未来在该领域内需要开展 的理论研究方向。文中描述了离心力场的基本特征,提出了提高分离因数 的基本途径,对 TLL1030 型离心机的结构、 零部件和工作原理进行了细致 的分析研究,并针对现场使用过程中出现的问题进行了原因分析。本论文 在对筛筛篮和螺旋刮刀进行研究的基础上,对筛篮和螺旋刮刀进行改进设 计,并对分配盘角度进行了改进。把螺旋刮刀的升角减小到 20,分配盘 角度由原来的 90改为 150,并在其上增加加大导流叶片更利于煤的疏 导,提高了处理效率。对传动系统中差速器部分
2、改进使其结构更加简单效 率更高。离心脱水机在工作时,如果进料量太大,或者进料浓度突然增加 等原因造成沉渣量加大,导致离心机螺旋的推料扭矩和主机电流增加,若 没有过载保护措施,就会导致差速器损坏。因此离心机必须有过载保护措 施,以确保离心机可靠安全运行. 本机过载保护方式同时采用过电流保护 和液力偶合器保护的方案。润滑系统采用电机驱动稀油集中润滑,润滑油 从油箱经滤油器进入齿轮油泵,然后经主压油管进入多支油管,再经四个 支油管进入各润滑点。 关键词关键词:螺旋刮刀;分离因数;差速器;液力偶合器;过电流;稀油润滑 II ABSTRACT This article through summarize
