2、况及时主动地产生和调整所需悬架控制力以优 化汽车的行驶性能,所以对其研究日益受到人们的关注。而作动器作为主动悬架组成元 件中产生力的装置,其优劣对悬架的性能有着重要影响。我们在这将设计一种气压作动 器,它可以显著地提高了悬架系统的性能。因此,安装这种作动器的主动悬架将会对汽 车行驶产生良好的效果。 本课题以某款轻卡汽车的悬架系统为研究对象,对悬架的弹性元件、阻尼元件等进 行计算与设计,并在此基础上对该悬架系统进行作动器的相关设计。然后利用 PROE 软 件对悬架系统进行三维建模,并通过 ADAMS 动力学仿真软件对 1/4 悬架以及 1/2 悬架 进行仿真分析,实现对汽车悬架的设计。 关键字:
