1、 I 摘摘 要要 组合机床是一种专用高效自动化技术装备,被广泛应用于汽车、拖拉机、内燃机和压 缩机等许多工业生产领域。现代组合机床作为机电一体化产品,它是控制、驱动、测量、 监控、刀具和机械组件等技术的综合反映。随着制造技术的不断发展,组合机床凭借个方 面的优越性已广泛应用于大批量生产的行业中。目前,组合机床的研制也正向高效、高精 度、高自动化的柔性化方向发展。 本次设计针对YC4116摇臂轴支座精铣mm28外圆两端面组合机床及其工艺装备进行 设计,使用 AutoCAD 辅助软件进行设计和分析,以技术性、经济性、实用性为前提,我 们着重分析计算 YC4116 摇臂轴支座被加工零件工序图、加工示
