1、 毕业设计说明书(毕业论文) 邯郸市和谐大厦基坑支护设计(8.0m) 专 业:土木工程 姓 名: 指导教师: 2012 年 6 月 2 日 摘 要 邯郸市和谐大厦位于邯郸市区北部,西临建元小区,南侧隔路为建工物业办公楼,东临中华 北大街。建筑面积 33279.6m 2,主楼 20 层,地下 2 层,框架剪力墙结构。该工程基坑深 8m,局部 为 11m。根据场地的土层条件及邯郸市类似基坑工程的经验,为保证基坑的稳定性及尽量节省投 资,经方案比选,拟采用土钉墙技术及排桩+锚杆对该基坑进行支护。 通过对拟建场地的工程地质条件分析,本工程存周围建筑物较多,西侧距建元小区 6 层住宅 楼 10.7m,
2、距其围墙 8.9m,建元小区住宅楼基础埋深约 2.5m,水泥土搅拌桩复合地基,桩长约 4.0m。北侧偏西为热力加压站,基础埋深约 3m,距建筑物外边缘线约 4m,另外,南侧、东侧附 近有雨污水管线通过。但基础埋深 8m,因此工程基坑支护的重点主要控制基坑变形,以保证领近 建筑物的安全。经初步方案选择,本工程西北两面选择支护方案一(桩+锚杆);基坑最南侧和东 侧采用支护方案二(土钉墙) ,两种支护方案。细部设计见后文说明。 在本次基坑支护设计过程中,先后分析了 4 种方案:1.悬臂桩支护; 2.水泥土搅拌桩 3.土 钉墙支护;4.单支点排桩支护。对于悬臂桩支护方案,通过计算,桩长需要 16m,桩
