1、 8型型双滚筒式双滚筒式超长冲程抽油机超长冲程抽油机动力与主体结构设计与分析动力与主体结构设计与分析 摘摘 要要:为了适应稠油开采,设计了超长冲程双滚筒抽油机。首先,描述了滚筒抽油 机在国内外的发展概况,对滚筒抽油机的结构、性能及优缺点进行阐述,从而提出了 双滚筒抽油机的设计。其次,从原始数据开始计算设计了配重机构,选定了电动机, 为了克服,传统滚筒抽油机的换向装置不稳定的缺点,选用了变频调速器,来实现电 机的正反转,并调节电机的转速以改变冲次及冲程。然后根据,抽油杆的最小曲率半 径设计了工作滚筒,并且在此基础上,设计了结构简单重量轻的导向轮。最后,设计 滚筒式抽油机的零部件结构,包括减速器,
