2、要系 统之一，同时制动器作为制动系统的核心部分，从而对汽车制动器的结构分析与 设计计算也就显得非常重要了。 本次设计说明书中首先介绍了制动系统的发展，组成和意义，并通过制动系 统方案的分析确定本次设计所采用的方案-后轮鼓式制动器促动装置为凸轮。其 次又通过给定的技术参数对制动器的主要参数进行选择以及对制动器进行设计 计算，主要设计过程有同步附着系数的分析，确定前后轴制动力矩的分配系数， 制动器制动力矩和制动器各结构参数的确定以及制动张开力和制动效能因数的 计算。 而后又对制动器的主要零部件的结构进行设计并且对一些部件进行强度校 核。最后通过以上计算利用 Auto CAD 绘制图形完成本次设计。
