1、 共 62 页 第 1 页 装 订 线 摘要 热连轧机组承担着生产合格成品带钢的任务。 对轧机辊系变形尤其是工作辊变形 做出准确的预报和分析,是保证板带材成品截面形状及平直度的先决条件。本课题的 主要内容就是要利用大型通用有限元分析软件 ANSYS 来模拟实际生产的情况并加以 分析。具体则体现在以下四个方面: 一、在充分了解掌握 ANSYS 的基础上,依据四辊轧机辊系变形的特点建立满足 精度且又便于计算分析的设计计算模型。 二、合理解决在轧制过程中两辊之间的接触问题和轧制区上的非线性加载问题, 以提高模型的仿真水平和计算精度。 三、利用 ANSYS 软件的结果后处理功能,分析轧制时影响因素的作
