1、 I 摘 要 本设计是年产 60 万吨煤制甲醇项目一氧化碳变换工段的初步设计。它的主要任 务是调整C/H比,以满足后续的合成需求。本设计以非饱和塔型全低温耐硫不完全变 换为基础,采用钴钼系催化剂对来自煤直接气化的粗煤气进行CO 变换。 设计的原则是技术先进、工艺成熟、经济合理、安全环保,在充分论证国内外各 种先进生产方法、 工艺流程和设备配置基础上, 选用煤气化来的粗煤气进行CO 变换, 设计的内容包括生产工艺设计论证、工艺计算、 设备设计选型及流程图、 平面布置图、 设备图的绘制;此外,在设计中充分考虑环境保护和劳动安全等非工艺部分。最后通 过经济评估,本设计能够达到要求的经济效益。 关键词
