1、 I 8000 t/d8000 t/d 磁铁矿选矿厂设计磁铁矿选矿厂设计 摘摘 要要 按照毕业设计任务书的要求,进行了 8000 t/d 磁铁矿选矿厂设计,产品为铁精 矿。 在包钢巴润矿业有限公司进行了为期三周毕业实习, 收集相关设计资料的基础上。 确定了各车间的工作制度,对设计工艺流程进行了选择和论证,确定了设计的工艺流 程,即:破碎采用三段一闭路流程,磨矿采用两段全闭路流程,并采用阶段磁选,精 矿用一段脱水。 对设计工艺流程进行了工艺指标计算,包括破碎、筛分、磨矿、磁选和脱水流程。 对破碎、筛分、磨矿、分级、磁选及脱水设备进行了选择计算和方案比较,确定了工 艺所需的工艺设备。 进行了厂房总

The work institutions of each workshop were determined, and the technological process was also chosed and reasoned .The proc
4、ess of crushing is three sections with one close circuit, the grinding process is two sections with closed circuit, grinding stage by stage another election process, and a process with one section dewatering circiut which filtion was adopted. Technological parameters of crushing, screening, grinding
5、, magnetic and dewatering were computed, respectively. Then the technological parameters of equipments were computed and the schemes of equipments were compared and the optimal equipments were determined. The general arrangement of concentrator plant and the allocation of equipments in diferent work
6、shop were presented. According to the topography of plant site, plants were arranged along the slope of mountain. The workshops of coarse crushing, middle crushing , fine crushing and screening were aloted independent. The workshops of grinding and magnetic were put togather.
