2、作用就是保证所有焊接冲压件之间的相对位置以及焊接件的 尺寸精度,合理的夹具设计、焊点规划、焊钳选择,可以确保焊接质量,降低生产成 本,提高生产效率。 本文首先分析了汽车车轮轮罩焊装夹具设计的必要性和可行性;然后围绕车轮轮 罩焊装夹具设计这一核心,通过对汽车焊装生产线、汽车焊装夹具的结构特点进行分 析,归纳了焊装夹具的设计步骤和要点;重点对汽车车轮轮罩进行焊装工艺分析,研 究了汽车车轮轮罩焊装夹具正确的夹紧位置及定位设计方式;最终完成汽车车轮轮罩 焊装夹具的结构设计。 关键词:汽车;轮罩;焊接;夹具;设计 II ABSTRACT Welding production process as a v
