2、期： II 摘摘 要要 金融监管是保证金融体系安全、稳健运行的有效措施。本文通过对金融监管 的含义、金融监管必要性理论及其金融监管的目标和原则、金融监管内容和国际 金融监管主要模式的研究，对金融监管理论做出了一个总体概括。在此基础上， 介绍了美国、英国这两个世界比较发达国家的金融监管制度沿革，对两国金融监 管的发展历程、主要特征进行了概括叙述，并对两国不同时期金融监管制度的利 弊进行了分析。通过对两国的金融监管制度的比较分析，更进一步了解美国和英 国金融监管在保护金融业健康发展、确保其审慎经营方面的促进作用。最后，本 文分析了我国目前在金融监管方面存在的主要问题， 并借鉴美英国两国金融监管 经
