2、具将塑件确定为计算器外壳。 本论文对侧抽芯计算器外壳注塑模具设计进行了详细的介绍和说明， 通过对计算器 外壳进行工艺分析，最终将完整的模具设计完成。模具采用一模一腔，浇口采用点浇口 形式，并设置有冷却系统，最大化提高生产效率和塑件质量；说明书对注塑机的选择、 模具成型结构、分型面选择等各项参数、数据进行详细的计算和校核，说明书中还详细 介绍了模具的具体工作过程。 本次侧抽芯计算机外壳注塑模具设计中，大多数零件使用标准件，成型零件使用了 镶嵌块，降低了模具制造成本和生产周期，提高了市场竞争力；设计过程中参考各类资 料，使用 CAXAcad 进行绘图，设计合理可靠。 关键词：计算器外壳；模具设计；
