1、 图书分类号: 密 级: 摘要 全自动送料小车集声、光、电、计算机技术于一体,综合了当今科技领域先进的理论 和应用技术。广泛应用在柔性制造系统和自动化工厂中,具有运输效率高、节能、工作可 靠、能实现柔性运输等许多优点,极大的提高生产自动化程度和生产效率。 本文在分析国内外送料装置的现状与发展的基础上,设计了两后轮独立驱动的自动送 料小车。其主要设计过程是根据小车的设计要求合理设计小车的机械结构,由小车的速度 选择合适的直流伺服电动机,然后根据电动机转速和小车速度对蜗杆传动进行设计,再由 小车的载荷和速度合理设计轴的结构并选用合适的轴承,最后根据小车的行驶要求设计单 片机控制系统。所设计的小车通
