1、 I 摘 要 驱动桥作为汽车四大总成之一,它的性能好坏直接影响整车性能,而对于载货汽 车显得尤为重要。当采用大功率发动机输出大的转矩以满足目前载货汽车的快速、高 效率、高效益的需要时,必须要搭配一个高效、可靠的驱动桥。 本次设计任务是设计一款用于轻型载货货车后驱动桥,设计中对驱动桥的主减速 器、差速器进行了类型的分析、选择、计算及校核。根据最大转矩、滚动半径等重要 参数,选择最大及最小传动比。结合运用汽车设计、汽车理论、机械设计、机械原理 等知识,完成相关计算及校核,画出装配图及零件图。 在驱动桥的总成设计中,参考了一些国家相关标准,同时考虑到和其他汽车总成 之间的协调,争取做到满足汽车使用要
