1、 I 摘摘 要要 员工薪酬制度是现代企业制度的重要组成部分, 国有企业在建立现代企业制 度的过程中, 如何建立与之相适应的薪酬制度已成为企业管理领域的重大课题之 一。本文以哈尔滨市烟草有限公司宾县分公司为背景,企业员工薪酬制度设计为 研究课题,希望通过对它的系统分析和研究,对我国国有企业薪酬制度改革进行 探索。 本文首先通过分析当今主要的工资制度和我国国有企业基本工资制的演变 过程,说明了企业的基本工资制度应随着经营环境的变化而做相应的调整,紧接 着依据激励报酬理论, 分析了哈尔滨市烟草有限公司宾县分公司现行的薪酬制度 所存在的问题,指出了其缺乏激励作用的原因,并明确了其改进的方向。在上述 分
