1、 I 摘 要 本设计是关于小型对称式三辊卷板机的设计,主要对卷板机上、下辊及减 速器进行设计和计算。 卷板机是一种将金属板材卷弯成筒形、弧形或其他形状工件的通用设备。 根据三点成圆的原理,利用工作辊相对位置变化和旋转运动使板材产生连续的 塑性变形,以获得预定形状的工件。为提高卷板机的工作效率,提高制品的加 工精度,减轻劳动强度,改善工作条件,通常采用板料送料工作台、辅助操作 机械、托架平台以及支承滚道等辅助设备。卷板机作为一个特殊的机器,它在 工业基础加工中占有重要的地位。凡是钢材成型为圆柱型,几乎都用卷板机辊 制。该产品广泛用于锅炉、造船、石油、化工、木工、金属结构及其它机械制 造行业。 设
