1、网上拍卖的现状与发展趋势 摘要 电子商务是互联网爆炸式发展的直接产物,是网络技术应用的全新发展方向。互 联网本身所具有的开放性、全球性、低成本、高效率的特点,也成为电子商务的内在 特征,并使得电子商务大大超越了作为一种新的贸易形式所具有的价值。随着电子商 务的发展，拍卖业走出传统运作模式，实现了网上拍卖。与传统拍卖相比，网上拍卖 能够极大地扩展交易领域， 有效地促成网上交易， 使其保持一种较为激烈的竞争状态。 然而，网上拍卖过程中存在的问题，阻碍着交易活动的进行，成为网上拍卖发展的瓶 颈， 所以需要进一步的研究和规划。 本文从电子商务和网上拍卖的概念、 形式、 特点、 流程等基础理论探讨入手，
