2、察。根据实际装配与检验过程的工艺要求,进行了自动装配与检验生产线可行性分 析。并结合实际条件,确定了汽车发动机缸盖装配与检验工序的基准、生产用量和工 时定额。在此基础上,确立了最终的生产线。同时,通过对国外同类汽车发动机生产 线参考和借鉴,针对以东安为代表的国内特定的生产技术与劳动条件,对其装配与检 验工艺规程进行了详细设计,最终确立了一套完整的适合国内实际情况的汽车发动机 生产线。 本文着重介绍汽车发动机缸盖连接螺栓自动装配装置的设计过程、方法及工作原 理。重点对抓取螺栓装置和传动机构进行了结构的设计和理论的分析,对其中如何实 现螺栓的抓取和水平及垂直运动的难点问题。最终采用了机械手、气压缸
3、和滚珠丝杠 传动装置完成了上述运动,并对其进行了严格的理论设计计算,使其能够精确的完成 预定运动。从而使螺栓安装实现了自动化,很大程度的节省了人工和时间,显著地提 高了螺栓装配的质量和效率。 关键词:汽车发动机;缸盖;生产线;机械手;连接螺栓 ABSTRACTABSTRACT The exposition domestic and international automobile engine of this text system assembles the state of development in this direction of current situation, level
