1、 I 摘 要 机油泵是内燃机润滑系统的心脏,它的好坏直接影响内燃机的可靠性和耐久性。 发动机工作时,机油泵将油底壳机油抽出并加压后排向润滑油道,提高机油压力,保 证机油在润滑系统内不断循环。 本次设计的内容是车用发动机齿轮油泵的逆向设计,主要运用游标卡尺,千分尺等工 具进行测量。在运用 Pro/E 进行立体建模,对机油泵的机构进行分析和了解,并进行 从新的设计。 在 Pro/E 立体建模后将所建立的模型各个零件即有这些零部件组成的装 配模型导入 AutoCAD 中,进行标注。 在设计中选取的是金杯面包车上发动机的机油泵,该机油泵为齿轮形式。该种类 的机油泵具有机构简单、加工方便、工作可靠、能产
