1、 1 智能烘箱温度控制器设计智能烘箱温度控制器设计 摘要摘要: : 电烘箱在机械、冶金、化工等行业具有广泛的应用,如机械零件的热处 理。在某些情况下,要求对电烘箱的温度实现准确控制,若采用一般控制方法则 难以实现。 以铂热电阻温度传感器 PT100 作为感应烘箱温度传感器, 它将温度的变化转 换为电阻阻值的变化, 由铂热电阻 PT100 组成的测量电桥将烘箱温度的变化转换 成电压信号变换、再经集成运放 7650 放大成 05V 的模拟电压信号后,经 ADC0804 转换成 8 位数字信号送入 AT89C52 单片机系统, AT89C52 单片机对所采 集的数据经数字滤波、变换等处理后送入 16
