1、 I 摘 要 本设计为轻型钢结构厂房,采用轻型门式刚架体系,此生产车间采用双坡双跨轻型 门式刚架体系,为单层工业厂房,跨度为 221m=42m,长度为 60m,柱距为 6m。外 墙面 1.2m以下采用混凝土空心砌块,1.2m以上墙体采用彩色压型钢板,屋面结构为有 檩体系压型钢板,带保温层屋面,檩条采用卷边 C 型冷弯薄壁型钢,檩条间采用拉条连 接, 支撑系统有柱间支撑和屋面水平支撑, 柱间支撑由吊车梁处分上柱支撑和下柱支撑, 柱间设置支撑采用角钢与柱螺栓连接,每端设置一道。主次构件均采用 H 型钢,梁柱及 屋脊节点处采用 10.9 级高强螺栓连接, 基础采用钢筋混凝土锥形基础, 边柱柱脚和中柱
2、 柱脚与基础刚性连接,抗风柱柱脚与基础铰接。 本设计建筑部分包括厂房的平、立、剖面及部分节点详图,结构设计分为计算书和 图纸两个部分,其中计算书部分包括檩条、墙梁、吊车梁、抗风柱计算和节点的设计及 验算,图纸部分包括基础、锚栓、支撑平面图,刚架施工图和节点详图等。采用了完全 弹性理论,考虑钢材的弹性特征,充分利用钢材的强度和变形能力,计算一榀刚架的内 力。整个建筑从方案选型到结构设计都严格按照结构设计规范和构造手册,具有经济可 行的特点。 关键词:门式刚架; 刚性连接; 节点设计; 螺栓连接 II Abstract The design for the light steel structur
3、e workshop , the production workshop adopt dual-slope-light door frame system for the single-storey industrial building, the span is 2 21m = 42m, and 60m in length, the column is 6m.1.2m below the walls adopt concrete hollow block,and 1.2m above the wall is colour profiling steel plate, the roof str
4、ucture is a purlin profiling steel plate system with roof insulation. The purlin use C-curling cold-formed steel, which used tension brace jointing between them,The supporting system is made up by pillar support and horizontal bracing of roofing. Pillar support divided by crane beam into two parts.
5、One is top support and the other one is below support,installed between columns support using angle-bolts connecting with each side set up one. Both primary and secondary components using H-beams and roof nodes using 10.9 high-strength bolts. The foundation adopt reinforced concrete cone base,the si
6、de-column s basis of the feet and the foot-column is rigid connections,and the viento columna is articulated. The architectural design of the factory including Ping, Robert, and some nodes profile detail, structural design involves calculations book and drawings, the calculations book which including purlin, wall beams, crane beam, Wind-nodess calculation and node design and checking,the drawings include frame construction plans and layout design, and other nodes. A fully elastic theory,
