2、、连铸连轧技术,这些技术均已达到国际先进水平。 通过本次设计,整体掌握了炼钢工艺流程和车间工艺布置,进一步了解世界 钢铁动态。 关键字关键字:炼钢;炉外精炼;板坯;先进 3 ABSTRACT A steel-making workshop which has 3sets of300 tons oxygen top-blowing converter was designed in this paper. The workshop could produce eight million tons of good casting slab in one year. The main systems
3、 of the workshop include: hot-metal supplying system, scattered material supplying system, scrap supplying system, ferro-alloy supplying system, flue gas cleaning system, casting system and refining system. These subsystem are selected in this designment through compariment. And which are advanced t
4、echnologies in present. The followings are mainly designed in this paper: the calculation of the converter mould, the calculation of Oxygen-lance, the calculation of flue-gas cleaning system, the calculation of the workshop equipment and the arrangement of spans. Additionally, lots of new technologi
5、es were adopted in this design, such as slag splashing protection technology, hot metal pretreatment, continous casting and rolling, etc. These technologies reached to the advanced level in the world. Through this design, the overall grasp of the steelmaking process and layout of the workshop proces
