2、2.60m,基坑大面积深约 11m,局部深 12.9m。本工 程地上 7/11 层,地下 2 层,建筑物高度 30.5/45.0m。结构形式为框架剪力墙,建筑安全等 级为二级,采用筏形基础。 土钉支护是新兴的挡土支护技术,最先用于隧道及治理滑坡,90 年代在基础深基坑支 护中应用。其施工设备较简单,比用挡土桩锚杆施工简便,施工比较快速,节省工期,造价 经济;适用于水位低的地区,或能保证降水到基坑面以下;粘土、砂土和粉土;基坑深度一 般在 15m 左右。 综合分析工程地质条件、支护深度、放坡条件、边坡荷载、相邻建筑、周边地上、地下 环境特点等,充分考虑影响边坡安全稳定的不利因素,本工程选择复合型
3、土钉支护方案。并 对该工程深基坑土钉支护做了详细设计及验算。 关键字:复合土钉; 深基坑; 工程概算 ABSTRACT The project is Comprehensive Building for training practice, is located in Tourism College of Beijing Union University North 4th east road No.99 Chaoyang District Beijing. The landform of the yard is part of central and bottom alluvial fan
4、of Yongding river , its land is flat. The natural ground level of this project is about 42.0042.25m, 0.000 absolute level is 42.60m, foundation pit is about 11m in its deep at most, 12.9m in some place. There are 7/11 floors on the ground, 2 floors underground, 30.5/45.0m in its height. Its structur
5、e form is frame-shear wall, building safe level is second level, using raft foundation. Soil nailing is a new retaining technology, it is used for tunnel and managing landslide for the first time, it is used in the foundation timbering in 90s. After all, it has a easy way in construct equipment, mor
6、e convenient than using retaining piles and rock bolt, besides, its construction is fast, a fewer cost of construction , it can save time limit for a project; Soil nailing is suitable for the district of a low water level, or the place where can promise a level below the foundation face; especially in the clay, sand and silt; Its foundation pit is about 15m in depth.
