1、年产年产 300300 吨芬布芬车间工艺设计吨芬布芬车间工艺设计 摘要本次设计为年产 300 吨芬布芬的车间工艺设计。芬布芬，又 名联苯丁酮酸；苯酮酸。为一较新型的长效非甾体消炎镇痛药。本设 计所采用的工艺路线为：以联苯、丁二酸酐和三氯化铝为原料，加入 二氯乙烷缩合后经由盐酸和水水解获得芬布芬。年产芬布芬 300 吨， 缩合水解工段收率 93.25%， 精制工段收率 94.94%， 单程收率 88.53%， 总收率 92.51%，回收率 4.3%。成品质量标准：芬布芬纯品 99%、杂 质及水的含量 1%。设计内容主要包括芬布芬车间工艺设计依据，工 艺路线论证， 工艺流程设计， 全流程物料衡算，
