1、 1 专业模块课程设计专业模块课程设计 设计题 目:大型冷室压铸机典型机构设计 (压射机构) II 摘摘 要要 本压铸技术的发展至今有 150 余年。 19 世纪初,由于印刷业的兴起,用于铅字铸造的铸字机 应运而生,不久,在铸字机的基础上演变成为热室压铸机。到 19 世纪中叶,典型的热室压铸机诞 生。进入 20 世纪以后,热室压铸机日渐成熟,冷室压铸机问世。20 世纪后半叶,压铸机经历了更 大的改革、演进与创新,压铸机进入新的发展时期。近二三十年来,压铸机在大型化、自动化、单 元化和柔性化等方面的发展非常迅速。最近的几年,压铸的高新技术又不断地对压铸机提出更高 和更新的要求。 对于压铸机压射机
2、构的设计,首先,对液压传动回路进行初步设计,、蓄能器快速运动回 路的设计方案,满足一个压射冲头在压射时的两级速度,对电机、泵、阀和活塞等液压元件进行 选型,通过相关验算后,验证最终回路方案可行,按照相关标准绘制出一张液压系统图。然后对 压射液压缸进行结构设计,要求能够执行高压大流量的工况,并经过相关校核,采用法兰连接的 缸体结构形式,同时具有节流阀缓冲装置,绘制出一张装配图及相关典型零件图;接着,针对经 过验算的液压系统进行总体布局的设计,要求布局紧凑合理,便于维修。经过泵组和阀组的配置 形式选择,最终确定集中式布局方案,即将系统中的泵组、阀组和油箱做成液压泵站,并将其设 计为旁置式液压站,绘
3、制出一张液压泵站的装配简图;最后,整理资料撰写论文。 关键词:压铸机,液压系统,液压缸,压射机构 II Abstract Up to present,it has been for over 150 years for the development of die casting technology. Printing industry sprang up and typecasting machine was born during the 19th century ,soon after that ,the first hot chamber die casting machine wa
4、s produced which was based or typecastingmachine.In mind of 19th century by 1900,the earliest cold chamber die casting machine was published .Hereafter ,die casting machine so ahead of developing since the fifties of the 20th century .In recent years ,die casting machine has been going a step furthe
5、r to development. First,do the structure design of Injection hydraulic cylinder, required to perform high pressure large flow conditions. After checking,we use flange connection of the cylinder block structure with a throttle valve buffer device. Finally we draw a drawing of the assemblydrawing and
6、the related typical parts. And then we design the overall layout, it requires that compact layout is reasonable, easy to maintenance. By selecting configuration form of pump and valve group, the centralizedlayout scheme was finally determined. It means to put Pump, valve and fuel tank in thesystem to make hydraulic pump station and designed it to be a set-type hydraulic station,after that we map out a hydraulic pump station in the assembly diagram.
