1、 1 摘要 随着科学技术的迅速发展，高校信息化建设已经成为高等教育现代化发展的主要趋势。 校医院作为高等院校的重要机构，在信息化建设潮流中首当其冲，如何利用信息技术、结 合校园一卡通系统实现校医院的现代化管理是一个重要的研究课题。为此，本课程设计以 武汉理工大学校医院管理为背景，选择“学校医院信息管理系统的设计”为研究对象，目 的为设计开发一套学校医院信息管理系统。 本文结合大量的相关文献，分析了现有医院信息管理系统的研究现状和发展趋势，阐 述了其的研究意义和实用价值。目前使用的信息管理系统进行了详细分析，并综合考虑各 部门的职能设置以及系统接入医院内部专用网络的需求，完成了需求分析任务，确定
2、了系 统的功能需求、非功能需求以及开发和运行环境的软硬件需求，定义了系统的用例图和协 作图，进而确定了系统的功能模型。同时对需求分析文档进行了分析和讨论，对学校医院 信息管理系统的整体结构、数据库、用户界面和功能模块等四个方面进行了设计。在结构 设计方面，定义了系统的整体结构，将系统的应用功能划分为表示层、业务逻辑层和数据 访问层等三个部分，分离了界面层和数据层的实现代码；在数据库设计方面，通过对类抽 象和系统 E-R 模型建立以及数据库关系模式转化，采用 SQL Server 技术，把现实世界 中的实体关系模式映射为关系数据库中对应表格；在功能模块设计方面，确定系统的主要 开发模块如下：门诊
3、管理、药房管理、药库管理、综合查询、系统管理、一卡通退费管理 和修改密码等，完全实现了校医院对信息管理系统的功能需求，并且便于系统维护人员的 交流和后期研发。 校医院主要为全校教职工、学生和家属提供医疗服务，此外校园一卡通系统研究成熟 并在高校中广泛应用， 基于以上考虑， 本设计在实现医院信息管理系统基本功能的基础上， 通过对一卡通系统深入分析，增加了其与学校医院信息管理系统的集成功能。本文实现部 分针对两个系统的集成设置和集成过程中数据接口问题的解决方法以及系统中具有代表 性的功能模块进行了详细阐述。 关键词：医院信息管理系统 E-R 模型 数据库设计 2 ABSTRACT Along wi
