1、 摘要 目前,我国开采薄煤层的机械设备机较少, 而刨煤机是一种价格低、结构简 单、维修方便、操作容易的采煤设备。因此有必要对刨煤机进行研究设计。 本文对刨煤机目前国内、国外的发展情况进行了阐述,主要对刨煤机刨头的 传动系统和急停缓冲装置进行了设计研究。本文选用由由电动机、耦合器、减速 器组成的机械驱动装置,由该装置向刨头提供动力;通过对刨头的受力分析,结 合刨头实际采煤过程,利用气压传动的原理,对现有的气缸稍微改造来设计一个 急停缓冲装置。 刨头传动系统带动刨头完成切削煤壁的运动,急停缓冲装置,保证刨头运行 到工作端面时候紧急、可靠、安全地停车。 关键词:刨煤机;传动系统;急停缓冲装置 Abs
