1、 I 基于数值模拟技术的圆形电机盖压铸模具设计与制造 【摘【摘 要】要】本设计的对象为圆形电机盖,材料为 ADC12,其壁厚不均,具有凹孔和凸 台结构,无侧抽芯。根据电机盖的结构特点,设计了三种浇注系统,通过 Flow3D 软件对 整个金属流动过程进行模拟, 确定了以扇形侧浇口进行进浇的方案。 根据此方案的金属流 向和卷气位置设置排溢系统,经 Flow3D 验证合理。同时,对模具的其它结构进行了设计, 并对真空阀的安装位置和使用方式进行了讨论。 最后, 对圆形电机盖模具的生产周期和生 产成本进行了估算。 【关键词】【关键词】圆形电机盖,Flow3D,浇注系统,卷气,排溢系统 Die-casti
