1、I 摘 要 变速器用来改变发动机传到驱动轮上的转矩和转速,目的是在原地起步、爬坡、 转弯、加速等各种行驶工况下,使汽车获得不同的牵引力和速度,同时使发动机在最 有利的工况范围内工作。是汽车总成部件中的重要组成部分,是主要的传动系统总成 之一。变速器的结构对汽车的动力性、经济性、操纵的可靠性与轻便性、传动的平稳 性与效率等都有直接影响。 本设计研究了二轴五挡手动变速器,其目的是熟练运用和掌握机械原理、机械设 计、AutoCAD 等知识,并利用 AutoCAD 软件绘制装配图和零件图等几项内容。对变速 器的工作原理做了阐述,变速器的各挡齿轮和轴做了详细的设计计算,并进行了强度 校核,对一些标准件进
