2、要 在我国的城市化加快过程中，我国城市贫困问题开始凸显，给经济社会发展带来了 一定程度的影响， 对于城市贫困的问题也越来越受到关注。中国城市贫困问题很早就 已出现，但是，在中国大面积贫困的情况下，尤其是在农村贫困人口占绝对优势比重的 情况下，人们将更多的精力放在关注农村贫困人口上，城市贫困问题并未引起人们的足 够重视。20 世纪 90 年代以来，由于经济制度的转型和各种经济、社会政策的变化，我 国城市人口在收入和实际生活水平上发生了较大的变化，城市贫困问题开始显现出来， 且规模扩张速度令人吃惊。本文将针对现如今我国城市所呈现出来的贫困问题的现象及 特征，通过宏观和微观两个层面的原因分析，在着重
