6、力设计规模 （含易损件生产） 以及月订货情况， 制定合理的生产单位， 使车间与车间之间可以得到最优化的管理， 并对生产车间做出生产组织设计方案 以达到月生产能力同时能使设备得到有效的使用， 为了能满足多变的月订单需求， 我们对该月的订单做出合理的 MRP 系统以规划接下来的生产，且为使计划得到 实施，需确定每日车间的班序以达到计划，最后搜集资料得出调度令以确定每次 物料取用的实时信息。 1.2 设计内容设计内容 1.设置生产单位。 根据资料给出的情况，设置与产品生产直接相关的职能科室，生产车间及有 关的中间库、生产车间要求进一步设置内部生产单位。 2.对生产车间做出生产组织设计方案。 采用适当的方法，确定生产车间或生产环节的生产类型，确定各类生产设备 需要量，列出车间设备明细。选择合理的生产组织形式（流水线、生产线、设备 组）进行组织设计。 3.编制作业计划。 依据资料中给出的某月订货情况， 运用所学的加工排序方法对该月排出较优 的投产顺序、编制产品进度计划。选择合理的生产作业计划编制方法：在制品 定额法；MRP 法；JIT 法。编制厂级
