1、 1 摘 要 本设计针对我国电梯业的现状,将可编程序控制器(PLC)应用于四层电梯进行逻辑控制,通过合 理的选择和设计,不但提高了电梯可靠性、可维护性以及灵活性,同时延长了使用寿命,缩短了电 梯的开发周期,并提高了电梯的控制水平,改善了电梯运行的舒适感,使电梯达到了较为理想的控 制效果。本设计在分析传统电梯控制系统的基础上,对交流变频调速电梯的结构、电气控制部分进 行总体设计,并确定了系统的总体结构,由 PLC 来实现电梯信号控制,变频器实现变频调速。在变 频器和 PLC 的类型选择时,通过性能指标等综合考虑,选用了安川 VS-616G5 型全数字变频器和 SIMATIC S7-300 可编程
2、控制器。本文所设计的电梯与传统的电梯相比,在运行上具有良好的舒适感, 在生活中可以节约电能,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,达到了理想的目的。该电梯控制系统 具有指层、厅召唤、选层选向、手动和自动等功能,具有集选控制的特点,楼层显示功能和电梯平滑 变速功能。 在介绍电梯基本结构的基础上,深入分析了电梯的工作原理,阐述了 PLC 的优点及特点,重点 分析了电梯的硬件设计和软件设计,研究并提出了基于 PLC 电梯控制系统设计的实现方案, 最后对本 论文的研究内容进行了总结与展望。 关键词:电梯 变频器 PLC 控制 变频调速 2 AbstractAbstract The design for th
