1、 摘 要 本设计从顺丁橡胶的发展历程和目前现状入手，参照生产厂的实 际情况，根据国家的政策、法规，确定了设计原则：遵守国家有关法 律及法规，立足国内，吃透和消化国外引进的设备和工艺，力求生产 技术先进，经济合理，实施可行，安全可靠，防止环境污染，保护生 态平衡。 根据设计任务书确定了设计的范围为聚合，干燥工段的工艺设计 （初步） ；选择了悬浮法聚合制备聚氯乙烯；进行了物料平衡计算，得 到了物料平衡图；进行了热量衡算，为设备计算奠定基础；对装置组 成、生产方法、生产制度进行了合理的确定，确定了合理的工艺参数 和操作规程。 聚合工段至后处理工段的物料衡算、聚合过程的热量衡算、聚合 工段各种设备的选
2、型，物料流程图、带控制点工艺流程图、聚合釜装 配图、平面布置图等计算。利用物料衡算和热量衡算的数据，进行了 专题部分热水罐工艺设计计算。根据设计要求，计算出聚合釜筒体直 径为 1.801m，封头容积为 0.864m 3 ，筒体高度为 4.4m。 根据确定的工艺流程和控制方案，绘制出带控制点的工艺流程图； 编制了 1.110 7 千克/年顺丁橡胶生产车间工艺设计说明书。 经过最后 核算，1.110 7 千克/年顺丁橡胶生产车间工艺设计符合设计要求，各 项参数均已达标。 关键词：关键词：顺丁橡胶；聚合釜；工艺设计 Abstract This design from butadiene rubber
