2、国农民获得支持的主要渠道。* 省作为国内人口最多的农业大省，农民贫困问题一直是现代化发展中的一个重要问题。 实践证明小额信贷是*省加速农村经济发展、加快农民脱贫致富重要的金融扶贫形式。 但由于多种因素的影响，*省小额信贷在发展的过程中不可避免的存在着各种问题，比 如小额信贷的资金矛盾突出、信贷机构少、贷款能力有限、缺乏保障机制来分担风险、 可持续能力不足等。因此本文通过了解国内外小额信贷的发展现状，分析*省小额信贷 的现状和存在的问题，提出完善的对策及建议。比如拓宽资金来源渠道；扩大农村小额 信贷机构覆盖面；鼓励金融创新，推动小额信贷的可持续健康发展等，使更多的农村人 口走向致富的道路，并在最

As the largest population of the domestic agricultural province, the poverty problem has always been an important issue in the development of modernizatio

However, the development of microfinance in Henan province to some extent has been restricted due to varieties of factors, and it is inevitable that there would be all sorts of problem along the way of development, such as shortage of funds, complex procedures, small size, and unsound security me
