1、1 摘摘 要要 本设计的任务是橡皮胀形模的设计,工件为橡皮帽,材料为锡搪白 铁皮,厚度为 0.4mm, 胀形工艺为橡皮胀形工艺,它是在通用冲床上, 用橡皮作弹性凸模,以金属作刚性凹模对毛坯进行胀形成形。具有模具 结构简单,制造容易,使用和维修方便,容易保证零件几何形状,零件表 面质量好及制造成本低等优点。本设计主要对其工艺进行分析并完成其 模具的设计,最终绘制出了完整的胀形模具的装配图。 设计上主要是对 凸模、上凹模和下凹模的设计,其中主要是其工作部分的尺寸设计,以 保证制件的精度和质量要求。在此次设计中,有分析偏差、数据不清晰 等问题,但后来通过与老师、同学交流,参考书籍,逐渐的对专业知识
