1、 I 课程设计说明书课程设计说明书 摘要摘要 本设计是以设计日产 2500t 硅酸盐水泥熟料生产线 (重点车间: 水泥包装) 为任务。介绍了目前水泥工业生产技术的状况,及整个生产线设计过程。本设 计的指导思想是经济合理、技术先进、安全适用。 本设计采用的生产方法是新型干法水泥生产工艺,设计生产市场需求量较 大的硅酸盐水泥。本设计经过了全厂布局、窑的选型、物料平衡计算、各生产 车间工艺设计及主机选型、物料的储存和均化、重点车间设计等步骤。整个设 计过程中,在主要工艺参数选择和配料方案选择的基础上通过配料计算、全厂 物料平衡等计算,进行了全厂的总体设计,完成了主机设备的选型及主机平衡 计算等内容。
2、设计中,严格遵守国家的环境保护规范,在满足生产要求的前提 下,尽可能使用先进收尘设备,极大减少了粉尘的排放,降低了对环境的污染。 最后,在选定包装车间的工艺流程的基础上,通过立磨系统的通风量平衡计算 进行了车间的工艺流程设计及附属设备的选型,完成该车间工艺布置图的绘制 等工作。 关键词:水泥 包装车间 工艺设计 选型 布置 II ABSTRACT Its mission is to design a production line, which can produce2,500 tons clinker per day (key workshop: cement packing). Within the whole design process, on the basis of main process parameters selection and ingredients scheme selection, is to complete the ingredients calculation, the material balance calculation, the overall design of the whole factory, so that it could accomplish the host e
6、quipment selection and host equilibrium calculation, etc. We strictly comply with the national environmental protection standard, under the premise of meeting the production requirements, to use the advanced collecting dust equipment as much as possible, this substantially reduce emissions of the dust and the pollution to the environment.
