1、 1 换热器课程设计 摘摘 要要 本设计说明的是关于管板式换热器的设计, 在设计过程中主要进行了有关工艺的计 算,选型及结构的设计。 根据所给的课题条件,可以获取热力学一些数据,由进出口温度可以确定物料的定 性温度,进而得到物料在该温度下的物性参数。热量恒算可以得到另一流体的出口温度 等数据。然后根据经验选择一个适宜的 K 值,进而可以估算换热面积。根据相关公式, 可以对一些工艺尺寸进行计算。在标准设计下,要根据标准选取一个适宜的型号。 接下来的工作有: 进行总传热系数的校验, 换热器面积的裕度在 10%20%之间才符 合。再者对于壳程和管程的压力降也是有要求的,所以也要根据有关压力降计算公式
