1、 摘 要 当今社会是一个高速发展的社会，科技发达，信息流通速度快，在这个高科技、大 数据的时代下，“互联网+”作为时代主题正慢慢的改变着各行各业的运营模式，房产 行业也不例外，那么，随之而来的就是一个好的房屋管理系统就会更为必要。对于每一 个房屋租赁公司的工作人员来说，都希望能够准确清晰的了解房屋租赁的所有事务，能 够做出科学合理的决策。对于用户来说，全面、高效的提炼自己的需求信息也是用户之 所需。因此急需一个规范化、自动化的房屋信息管理系统来解决这些问题。 该系统“xx 房屋信息管理系统”选择 SQL Server 2005 为系统开发后台数据库，运 用 JSP 技术，以 Tomcat 为服
2、务器进行软件开发，系统功能较为完善。具体功能包括前 台用户：注册与登录、新闻浏览、房屋出售信息的浏览与查询、房屋租赁信息的浏览与 查询、发布求购及求租信息；后台管理员：用户管理、员工管理、新闻的管理、房屋出 售信息的管理、房屋出租信息的管理、房屋预订的管理、求购及求租信息的管理、销售 管理。整个系统简单易懂、易操作。 本论文主要探讨“xx 房屋信息管理系统”的理论基础和设计思想，根据系统的开发 过程和系统的功能实现为主线来论述数据库管理软件的开发过程，通过后台数据库的建 立与设置，软件界面的设计与实现，程序的编写与调试等几个阶段来完成对 xx 房屋信 息管理系统的开发。本论文详细地介绍了开发系
