1、 I 基于 Moldflow 的冰箱用塑料配件注射成型研究 摘 要 本文主要研究冰箱用塑料配件。它类似于一个两通的塑件,在主体盖 下方的两端开有侧孔,所以在模具设计时需要考虑侧向分型与抽芯机构。 但是冰箱用塑料配件比二通要复杂得多,由于它有一个梯形阶梯孔,在注 塑过程中很可能会出现陷,因此选择一个合理的浇口就显得非常重要。 在分析过程中应对其进行可行性工艺分析, 然后对塑件进行实体建模, 并进行相关计算。首先对型腔数目及布置方式、分型面、浇注系统、顶出 机构类型、侧向分型与抽芯机构等进行初步设计,确定用推杆推出机构。 建模以后利用 Moldflow 软件模拟注射过程中熔体的流动情况并进行分析,

Therefore,in the process of study we should analyze the feasibility of process,then set up the modeling of the pla
5、stic parts and carry on the relation calculation. Before studying, should design the number and the way it layout of the cavity, parting surface, gating system, ejector mechanism type, lateral parting and core pulling mechanism preliminarily,and use the pose rod mechanism. After setting up mould we
6、use Moldflow to simulate the flow status of fusant in the process of injection and analyze the result.Then we adjust the design scheme according to the analysis result, and use the orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal solution. The Moldflow analysis of the mould we have designed,can not only increase the rationality of the mould,but also reduce the number of the mold repair, and the more important is the quality of the product is improved much more.
