1、I 西藏农村支付环境建设的困境及改善途径 摘 要 农村支付环境建设能够有效的改善农村的金融服务、促进农村经济发展，这几年来人民银行相继出台了多种支农惠农的政策，农村的支付环境也得到了很好的提升。但是农村的整体支付环境相对来说还是不够完善的，和建设社会主义新农村的要求存在一定差距。当前农村支付环境建设面临的主要问题是农村地区经济发展水平落后、金融服务产品单一、农业弱质性、资本逐利性相冲突、支付知识普及很难、多方关系很难协调等等。农村金融服务体系是新农村建设的主要核心所在，农村的支付环境是农村金融服务体系的重要组成。农村的经济不断发展，现存的农村支付环境渠道的
