5、ords: Safety evacuation,Teaching building,Reasonable layout. 3 引言 多年来，校园火灾悲剧频繁发生，尽管每一起事故都有其因时间、地点、人员不同而呈现出偶然性，可是，每一次事故几乎都是以相同的情节一次又一次的重复发生，而迄今为止，尚看不出悲剧有被遏止的趋势，所有这些是否告诉我们，看似偶然的现象背后是否存在着必然的联系因素。发生火灾时踩踏事故基本上都是发生在教学楼的走廊和楼梯间上，追究事故原因，除了学校管理措施不当等管理方面的责任外，教学楼疏散设计是否存在问题 1？建筑设计中，防火疏散研究与设计是建筑设计人员在设计中不可忽略的一个重要环节。目前，建筑设计中设计人员 比较注重建筑空间、建筑造型、功能组织、交通联系等方面的设计，防火疏散设计往往采用“处方式”防火疏散设计或被忽略。然而，随着社会的发展，“处方式”规范已经不能满足现有的建筑状况，所以，目前国内外运用性能化防火设计方法来解决“处方式”规范的不足 2。
