1、 I 摘 要 可伸缩带式输送机在工业中有着广泛的应用,它是工业生产中实现连续化、规模化、自动化、现代化必不可少的设备 。 此次 进行了可伸缩带式输送机的整体结构设计, 并 确定 给出了该输送机主要 零部件结构 参数及其计算方法。 根据给定的参数设计并计算选用可伸缩带式输送机的标准零部件构 成 输送机的整机,在张紧装置中采用了液压自动调整装置,并进行了主要零部件的强度校核。 根据带式输送机的主要组成及各部分特点,首先对其传动部分进行设计计算,然后选择合适的驱动装置,最后确定张紧装置的结构,并对其进行了设计计算。 可伸缩带式输送机 主要用 于煤矿井下运输, 综合考虑各方面的因素,采用合理的驱动方案
