2、鼓励用户低谷期用电,利用经济杠杆,在用电高峰期和低谷期按照不同的费率收取电费不失为一种尝试,有利于消峰填谷,改善用电质量,提高综合经济效益。 预付费技术,是我国近几年形成的新型技术领域,旨在解决公共事业领域收费难 (特别是在人口流动频繁的地区 )的问题。预付费控制技术已经产品化,并形成了一个新兴产业。预付费电能表可以将供电部门的收费方式由过去的上门查表收费改变为由用户 主动缴费,免去了供电部门抄表的繁重工作,而且电能表由单片机智能控制,大大减轻了供电管理人员的工作量,它的采用将在很大程度上解决长期困扰我国供电部门的收费难问题。在预付费电能表中,购电介质有多种, IC 卡是使用最为普遍的一种。
3、IC 卡具有读写方便、可靠性高、安全性好、易于实现智能控制等突出优点,使用 IC 卡预付费电能表可以获得可观的社会效益及经济效益。 智能预付费电能表的详细设计是本文的重点。智能预付费电能表以单片机 AT89S52和 ADE7755 为核心,采用模块化设计。该电表不仅具有电能计量、费率管理等功能,还可以 分时段计量用户的电能使用量,达到避峰填谷的目的,提高了电网的利用率,且体积小,功耗低。 关键词: 电能表;预付费; IC 卡;电能计量 内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书(毕业论文) II Smart Prepaid Energy Meter Abstract In the world energy
