1、 河 南 科 技 大 学 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题目 别墅空调工程设计 姓 名 吕 小 龙 院 系 车辆与动力工程 专 业 热能与动力工程 指导教师 王 志 远 2011 年 5 月 30 日 车辆与动力工程学院毕业设计说明书 I 别墅空调工程设计 摘 要 空气调节是对某一房间或空间的温度、湿度、洁净度和空气流动速度等进行调节与控制，并提供足够量的新鲜空气。空调可以实现对建筑热湿环境、空气品质的全面控制，目前正被广泛地应用于现代建筑当中。 本设计为别墅的空 调工程设计，地点为陕西省西安市，建筑面积为 480 ,空调总面积为 441 ,要求冬天能够供热，夏天能够供冷。该别墅共三层，空调总面积
2、不大，各房间面积相对较小、且有独立控制要求；空调使用时间分散 ,且各功能间负荷不会同时达到最大；综合考虑建筑物的特点、对舒适性的要求及经济性等因素，选用数码涡旋多联机系统，并对各层房间进行分区，这样既能满足别墅不同时刻不同负荷的要求，而且达到了节能的目的，同时运行管理方便，调节灵活。 设计中首先对各房间进行冷热湿负荷计算，再进行冬夏季送风参数计算；经比较采用一次回风系统，并为舒适度 要求高的房间用室内机吸入新风。采用 R410a 环保冷媒，选用“美的” D4 机型。针对不同功能房间室内装修特点，及有无新风要求，选用不同形式的室内机，并按配置率 80% 130%选择室外机。根据空调设备生产厂家的

4、-conditioning can realize the comprehensive control for building thermal or humid environment. So its being applied extensively in modern buildings. This design is the cottage air-conditioning engineering design. Its located in Xian. The total construction areas is 480 and air conditioning areas is
5、441 . Its required that refrigerating can be realized in sunmer and heating in winter. There are 3 storys in all. The total air conditioning area is not big,besides, the area of each room is small relatively and controlling independently is demanded. At the same time, the using time of air condition
6、ing system is so decentralized that load of each room will not reach the maximum in the meantime. Given these above reasons,and taking the buildings feature and economy into the account ,I adopt the DVM system. In this design, I devide the rooms of each floor into different zones so that it can not
7、only satisfied the load need of different times,but also realize the energy conservation.Moreover it is easy to management and flexible to controlling. In the design of each room， I first calculate the cold, hot and wet load, again carries on the winter and summer air distribution parameter calculat
8、ion； By comparison, using a return air system of the high demand for comfort with indoor air inhaled room. Adopt R410a environmental refrigerant, choose Midea the D4 models. According to different function room interior decoration features, and presence of fresh air requirements, choose different forms of indoor parts,
