1、苏州大学本科生 毕业论文 1 A 型人格女大学生休闲方式的质性研究与教育建议 Nature Analysisand Educational Suggestions of Type A Personality College Girls Leisure Styles 摘要 目的：探究不同专业的 A 型人格女大学生对休闲方式选择的看法以及她们实际上会倾向于选择哪些休闲的方法，最终给 A 型人格的女大学生选择正确的休闲方式提供参考意见，也为休闲娱乐中人们休闲应以性格特点为导向提供建议。方法：使用具有良好信效度的经典 A 型行为调查问卷筛选出四名 A 型人格的女 大学生作为访谈对象，同时有四位典型的
2、B型人格女大学生作为比较对象，然后分别进行集体访谈，用手写方式记录访谈对象诉说的对休闲方式的选择以及对休闲的相关问题的看法，再整理信息后进行总结归纳。结果： A型人格女大学生休闲方式的选择与其本身的人格特点具有一致性，即紧迫性、挑战性。结论 :A 型人格的女大学生较 B 型人格者更易选择具有挑战性，紧迫性的休闲方式，而且休闲后很快会继续投入到工作和学习中。为使其身心长期健康发展，建议 A 型人格女大学生应该广泛培养兴趣，立即降速放松，进行有效的工作控制。 关键词： A 型人格 女大学生 休闲方式 集体访谈 苏州大学本科生 毕业论文 2 Abstract Target-The research
