1、苏州大学本科毕业生设计(论文) 1 摘要 在当今超强的竞争环境中,对于管理者而言,迅速变化的环境要企业及时感知变化并快速做出反应,但只有深入与顾客的沟通与交流、随时了解不断更新的市场信息、直接承担和执行着任务及责任的一线员工才可能有效捕捉变化信息、发现问题并提出解决方案,管理高层已不再有可能“弄明白”。鼓励员工针对所发现的问题积极建言,为企业发展献计献策是每个组织管理者面临的挑战。从我国管理实践来看, 员工的建言行为并不是一个新的概念, 早期的国有企业管理中就有许多关于鼓励员工建言献策的措施。在经济全球化背景下,组织管理者更加明白集思广益、 群策群力对于组织发展的重要性。但遗憾的是, 员工的建
2、言行为并没有作为一个科学构思而受到国内学术界的足够重视。 建言行为即是一种已引起研究者广泛关注的主动性的行为。 员工的创造力与建言行为之间存在着密切的关系。而员工的建言行为对员工的工作满意度、进谏行为、创造性等很多方面都有着重要的影响。通过对以往研究的分析与总结,结合本土化研究取向,本研究采用了配对成组的问卷调查研究方法, 以特质激活理论、社会认同理论和经济理性观为基础 ,,探究中国背景下企业员工的创造性与建言行为之间的关系。主要包括: (1)中国背景下企业员工的创 造性的研究 (2)中国背景下企业员工的建言行为的研究 (3)员工心理安全感分别与创造性和建言行为的关系( 4)中国背景下企业员工
