1、苏州大学本科生毕业论文 1 调节聚焦、认知闭合需要与员工建言行为之间的关系研究 中文摘要 本研究探讨了中国背景下调节聚焦、认知闭合需要与员工建言行为之间的关系。以长三角地区 28 家公司 101 名领导和 309 名员工为样本,研究结果支持了研究的 3 个假设,即,调节聚焦与认知闭合需要不仅与员工的建言行为之间显著相关,而且二者还存在显著的交互作用。具体来说,研究发现,在工作环境中:促进型聚焦员工的建言行为较多,而防御型聚焦员工的建言行为则较少 ;高认知闭合需要的员工在工作过程中的建言行为多,而低认知闭合需要员工的建言行为则 较少;调节聚焦与认知闭合需要对员工建言行为的多少还存在显著的交互作用
