1、 I 摘 要 本文主要阐述 了 采用面向对象思想开发 的基于 B/S 结构 应用程序 北京合力金桥企业人事管理系统 的方法和过程， 包括从可行性研究到系统投入使用的主要相关文档。即阐述了 采用面向对象的分析与设计的方法及工具和先进的 JAVA 技术对系统进行了设计和实现。 本系统的开发基于 window 平台，采用 Java+MySQL 技术， 以三层 模式 （ 表示层、业务层、数据层）进行开发，表示层负责与用户的交互，业务层负 责 访 问 数 据 库 进 行 数 据 操 作 ， 数 据 层 负 责 保 存 数 据 。 开 发 环 境 为MyEclipse8.6+JSP+Rational Ro
2、se。使用 JSP 设计用户界面，使用 MyEclipse8.6 实现逻辑代码。 使用 Rational Rose 实现系统建模分析。 该系统主要实现了三级管理权限登录、人性化员工考勤和请假、智能化人事及事项管理、具备本公司特色的时间结点提示这六项人事管理必备的功能。系统将人事管理与办公自动化管理有机的结合在一起，有效地管理企业内各种人力资源信息，使企业各部门管理人员都能及时、方便地获得本部门所有人员的各种信息，方便对信息的查询、更新和删除，部门管理根据本部门员工的业绩评定实现工资的计算发放。 由于采用了面向对象技术以及三层设 计模式，本系统达到了模块化，易于扩充和维护的 设计 要求。 关键词
