1、 “冷分解 正浮选 洗涤法”年产四万吨氯化钾的 工艺初步设计 (察尔汗地区， 15 ) 摘要 察尔汗地区目前主要是以卤水为原料，加工生产氯化钾产品。通过对几种生产氯化钾的工艺较为全面的比较，同时考虑了 察尔汗 地区的自然条件，分析水、电等能源消耗、原料的供给及运输费用情况。在此基础上进行物料衡算和热量衡算，从而确定出主要工艺设备的型号、尺寸，数量，最后绘制带控制点的工艺流程图、设备平面布置图及主要设备图等，拟定此设计（察尔汗地区）用正浮选法年产四万吨氯化钾的工艺流程，以满足青海地区对钾肥产品的需求。 关键词： 光卤石 ，氯化钾，正浮选，相图 THE PRODUCTION OF 40,000 T
